Our Approach
Hold long.
Build by hand.
No vintage year, no LP letters, no pressure to sell what is working. If outside capital ever joins, it joins on one term: the horizon stays long.
Principles
Five things we hold to.
1. Durable problems over fast markets
We choose fields where the underlying question will still matter in twenty years: how ability is learned and proven, how health is kept, how small teams get leverage.
2. Operators first, investors second
We build most of what we hold. When we invest in anything we did not start, it is because we understand the work well enough to do it ourselves.
3. Small, real, and revenue-facing
We prefer a small venture with honest users to a large one with borrowed growth. Every holding must face users and revenue early.
4. Technology as a lever, not a religion
AI runs through most of our portfolio — generating learning challenges, drafting content, tailoring coaching. It is a lever for human capability, never a substitute for it.
5. A legacy, not an exit
The holding is family-owned and intends to stay that way. Decisions are made for the decade, not the quarter.
Structure
One entity, many workshops.
Aurea CV OÜ — today based in Tallinn, Estonia — is the holding entity from which we invest in and commercialize our ventures. Each venture runs as its own workshop — own brand, own users, own P&L — while sharing the holding's infrastructure, distribution know-how, and patience.
