What it is
The venture.
Challenge University asks a bigger version of the Ewance question: what does a whole institution look like when the curriculum is built from real problems instead of lectures? The current site documents the concept — programs, workshops, and the research behind challenge-based pedagogy.
Why we hold it
The thesis.
Universities are unbundling. Content is free, community moved online, and what remains scarce is structured practice with feedback and a credential that means something. A challenge-first institution starts from that scarce core and builds outward. Challenge University is our long-horizon exploration of that idea — deliberately unhurried, informed by everything Ewance teaches us.
