What it is
The venture.
Ewance is a two-sided learning and recruiting platform. Students solve industry-style challenges that relate to their studies — generated by AI across business, technology, and engineering disciplines — and earn verifiable certificates for the ability they demonstrate. Recruiters, on the other side, discover and verify talent by what it has actually done rather than what its CV claims.
The catalog spans skill families from AI and data to strategy and sustainability, organized so a student can practice at the level they are at and advance rung by rung.
Why we hold it
The thesis.
Degrees certify attendance; work certifies ability. The gap between the two is where both graduates and employers lose the most value. Our thesis is that a structured way to practice and prove ability — challenge by challenge, with credentials that can be checked — closes that gap from both sides at once.
Ewance is the holding's flagship venture and the origin of most of what we have learned about building learning products.
